Universal tunneling drying chamber type-VTS
For drying fruit, vegetable, wild berries and medical herbs. Depending on the type of row material which is to be dried a preparation of row material needs to be done prior to drying process.
CONSTRUCTION:
According to the way of drying these are indirect drying chambers with forced convection. The body of the drying chamber is made of panels (metal) or building material. Panel construction consists of carrying metal construction with double walls, heat insulated. On the sides of drying chambers of MTS type or on the front part of the VTS drying chamber doors are placed, one for charge and the other for discharge of the material. Plates are made of inox, galvanised net or wood.
CHARGING:
Row material is placed on the plates, which are placed on carriages and charge into drying chamber. Depending on the capacity there are few carriages in the same time in the chamber. For the sake of manipulation and continuity of the process one extra carriage is delivered along the drying chamber. Charging the chamber is done on exact intervals. Carriage movement is done manually in MTS type or mechanically in VTS type. Mechanical movement is achieved through mechanism for carriage movement.
HEATIN BODY OR HEAT AGGREGATE:
Depending on the energy source, there could be heating aggregate which consist of heat exchanger and combustion chamber or battery of tubular electrical heaters. Heat exchanger uses as heating fluid hot water, water steam, thermal oil.
Combustion chamber as fuel uses wood, wood chips, branches, grains waste. Combustion chamber is made in such a way that there is a possibility to build in gas or oil. If energy source is strictly fluid or gas fuel is used than heat aggregate is specially designed for this purpose only.
REGULATION OF THE DRYING PROCESS:
Regulation of the drying process is automatic or manual. Automatic regulation considers microprocessor device for leading drying process. Regulating equipment is placed in the command box placed on the outer wall of the drying chamber. Temperature regulation is automatic through temperature regulator.
