Vertical drying chamber for grain type-VSK

Drying of grain agricultural cultures such as corn, wheat, sunflower etc. on smaller agricultural farms.
TECHNICAL DATA:
This is drying chamber with indirect drying where heating of the air needed for drying is done without recirculation.
Tower of the drying chamber consists of elements ( cells) placed in the system of small roofs.
Grains are transported through spiral or basket transporter and poured into the upper part of the drying chamber tower ( inlet cell). Grain is moving in the certain speed from up to down and passes through three zones:
- Grain heating zone
- Grain rest zone
- Grain cooling zone
Speed of grain movement or the capacity is regulated by separator placed in the bottom of the tower. Dried and cooled grains from the cooling zone are transported by worm conveyor (separator) out of the tower of the drying chamber. In the heating zone through small roofs heated air is circulating heated in the heating aggregate, and in the cooling zone cold air is circulating.

Heating aggregate consists of combustion chamber and heat exchanger. Combustion chamber is built of fireproof and insulating material in the metal frame. Heat exchanger is made of boiler pipes and insulated with light insulation. Wood, wood chips, branches, coal could be used as fuel. Combustion chamber is constructed so that there is possibility to add furnace for gas and liquid fuel. To achieve needed air circulation between tower of the drying chamber and heat aggregate a fan is placed. As part of the drying chamber there is a grain collector. Drying process regulation consists of two systems:
First system regulates grains level in the tower through the level regulators placed in the intake cell.
The second system regulates temperature of heated air through lid with servo engine placed in the by-pass between heat aggregate channels.
