Belt conveyor drying chambers type-TST

For high capacity industrial drying of fruit, vegetable, wild berries and medical herbs.
CONSTRUCTION:
According to drying manner this is indirect drying chamber with forced convection. Drying chamber consists of two tunnels. In the upper tunnel there is one belt conveyor and in the lower two. Width of belt conveyors is 2 meters. Upper channel has the possibility to function with 100% of fresh air.
Tunnels of belt conveyor drying chamber are divided into segments ( zones). Each segment consists of: heating body for air heating, fan for air circulation, channel for air recirculation and openings for inlet of fresh air and outlet of saturated air. Drying chamber is of prefabricated construction. Body is made of profiles and sheets, and is layered with sandwich packages.
Transport belt conveyors are made of stainless steel. Each belt conveyor has its independent drive with speed regulator. There is a platform with fence placed between two tunnels. All necessary regulating electrical equipment for safe functioning of the drying chamber is placed in the command box by the drying chamber.

Za opsluživanje, na visini pregrade između dva tunela, postavljena je platforma sa ogradom. Sva potrebna elektro oprema za siguran rad sušare smeštena je u komandno regulacionom ormaru, koji je postavljen pored sušare.
CHARGING AND MATERIAL TRANSPORT:
Row material from moving transporter is placed on the upper belt conveyor. On the entrance part of belt conveyor there is layer spreader. Partially dried material falls down from the upper belt conveyor to the middle, and then to the lower belt conveyor. On the exit of the drying chamber dried material falls to collecting transporter.
HEATING BODIES:
For air heating in recirculating channels heat exchangers are placed. Heat exchangers use as a heating fluid hot water, steam or thermal oil and are supplied with energy from the separate heat aggregate. Instead of heat exchangers heat aggregate could be built in which use gas or oil as fuel.
DRYING PROCESS REGULATION:
Regulation of the process is automatic and each tunnel represents separate measure regulative group.
