Plant for sawdust drying with rotary drum

It consists of:

- Acceptance basket for wood bark and sawdust needed for operation of the burner.
- Screw conveyor for acceptance of sawdust brought by rakes of hydraulic dispenser and dosing into screw conveyor of the firebox
- Firebox for automatic burning of sawdust and manual wood waste feeding
- Drum kiln with three chambers (three-pass)

- wet sawdust acceptance basket with hydraulic dispenser
- screw conveyor which accepts wood chips from basket with dispenser and delivers it to vibrating sieve from which sawdust falls onto transport belt and through screw conveyor is delivered into rotary drum
- Transport fan is used for sawdust transport through the kiln, acceptance and delivery of dry sawdust to cyclone set.
- Command box designed to control operation of the plant is made of metal sheets and all the necessary equipment for the functional operation of the plant is set in it.
